Dee Dee Mittelstaedt entered the picture framing industry as an apprentice in 1984. She went on to receive her accreditation as CPF (Certified Picture Framer) by the Professional Picture Framers Association in 1991. In 2001, after 15 years of management, she became the sole owner and operator of Frames to You, Inc.

Frames to You, Inc. is located in Osseo on County Road 81, 2 blocks north of Hwy 169, between Furniture Manor and Yellow Tree Theatre.
